Here is my journey as a football fan in a nation obsessed with cricket and I hope some of you will be able to relate to it. Please do give it a read if you have the time. I was born and brought up in a small suburb in West Bengal. I am fully aware of the stereotype about Bengalis and their love for football but lemme break the stereotype right there and tell you that I didn't even touch football untill I was 10-12 years old and this was the norm with most of the kids around me in our town. Hello everyone, I have decided to write a second blog after receiving words of encouragement from all of you after the first one. So, here is my take on FIFA (the video game series) on why is it so popular and how it is helping football to become popular in a country like India where cricket is considered less as a game and more as a religion.
